The useful particulars
Do airport transfers come with a stay?+
Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be arranged when you reserve your stay, or as late as two hours before you arrive. Guests pressed for time may use our helipad, open from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Either service can be billed to your suite.
How does cancellation work?+
Bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations inside fourteen days incur the first night; no-shows are billed for the entire stay. Suites and villas reserved at our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is always advisable.
Who may stay with us?+
The property welcomes adult guests aged 18 and over, consistent with our gaming licence and the tone of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be asked for on arrival. Children are warmly received at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge will gladly arrange the booking and transfers between the two estates.
Must guests follow a dress code?+
Smart casual sets the tone after dark in our dining rooms and on the main casino floor. Gentlemen should wear closed shoes and a collared shirt; a jacket from our cloakroom is available on request. Daytime beachwear suits the pools and lagoon bars. Trainers, beachwear, and swim shorts are not allowed in the main restaurants from 19:00 onwards.

Opened in 1987 on a secluded stretch of Mediterranean coast, Evergreenshorehome was built for guests who judge worth by how a place feels, not by what it puts on show. We began with six rooms, a kitchen, and a modest bar. Today we hold 100 keys, three restaurants and one private gaming salons, yet the original kitchen still prepares dinner each evening.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, every space and every ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their lives to hospitality. Our head sommelier has remained with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan here; it is the reason we exist.
We carry a five-star rating from every guide that counts, yet the praise we treasure most is the one we cannot hang on a wall: more than 70 percent of our reservations each year come from guests who have stayed with us before. That is the sole figure we track.
